One aspect I love about my class this year is that it is majorly diverse in different cultures. Here is a rundown as to what backgrounds I have this year:

When I chose my new blog template, little did I know that my class this year would resemble the kids at the top of my blog page!

Your room sounds like one of the first grade rooms I push into this year. It has 6 students who are ESL. There are two of hispanic decent, a Russian, a French, a child who lived in Iraq for 5 years, and a child who is from Burma. One kido knows very limited English. However, during free time all these kidos manage to play and communicate. It is interesting to watch!
